About us

DABA's Philosophy

Our guests will be served homemade food that is healthy, flavorful, and natural. We are delighted to offer local ingredients, some of which are harvested from our own garden—such as blackcurrants, gooseberries, raspberries, rhubarb, and herbs like mint, sage, parsley, and lovage. We also source produce from skilled local suppliers who grow tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, pumpkins, beets, and carrots for us 

DABA – Natural and Delicious

In the autumn, you’ll find us up in the trees picking cherries, apples, plums, and rowanberries. Or we head into the forest to forage for mushrooms and wild berries. We bake spelt and rye bread, crispbreads, and rolls. We bake cakes and sweets. We salt, pickle, and preserve. And we cold-smoke our own fish, meat, and cheese. It’s a joy for us to create—and a treat for you to enjoy!
